About us
We got tired of watching companies get sold AI they didn't need.
Noyomi was founded by a team of AI engineers who spent years building and deploying AI across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and enterprise systems. We saw the same pattern everywhere: companies buying expensive solutions to problems they hadn't properly understood.
So we started Noyomi with a simple premise: understand the business first, then figure out what AI can fix. No pitch decks full of buzzwords. No impressive demos that don't survive contact with real data. Just honest assessments and practical implementations.
We work primarily with mid-market companies in India — the companies that are too big for generic SaaS tools but too lean for enterprise consulting firms charging crores for strategy decks. The companies where a well-placed AI agent can save hundreds of hours a month and recover lakhs in lost revenue.
That's the work we do. Not because it's exciting (though it often is), but because it's the work that actually matters.
How we work
Our approach
Audit first, build second
We never sell a solution before understanding the problem. Every engagement starts with deep discovery — mapping workflows, quantifying waste, and identifying where AI will actually move the needle.
Security isn't optional
AI without guardrails is a liability. We build security into every system from day one — not as a checkbox, but as a feature. Your data, your models, your agents — all protected.
We build capability, not dependency
Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. We build internal platforms, train your teams, and transfer knowledge so you can run and extend your AI systems without us.
Team
The people behind the work
Our team brings 10+ years of combined experience across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and enterprise systems.

Let's talk about your business
No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where AI can help — and where it can't.
